PDF to Google Sheets

Project Description

I have several PDFs that hold mixed text and numerical information laid out as simple paragraphs or bulleted lists. I need every data point lifted from those files and placed into a shared Google Sheet, keeping columns clear and consistent.

While you copy the data, give it a light polish:

• Trim extra spaces and line breaks
• Standardise dates to DD-MM-YYYY
• Ensure numbers are pure numerals (no stray symbols)
• Capitalise names consistently

The job is complete when the Google Sheet mirrors each PDF entry, is free of obvious typos, and follows the formatting rules above. If any item is unclear, highlight the cell in yellow and leave a short comment so I can review quickly.
